Jasminder is a Chartered Psychologist, Clinical Supervisor and EMDR Practitioner, and qualified Yoga Teacher Trainer. Mens sana in corpore sano a sound mind in a sound body (initially espoused by Homer in Greece) is the demeanor of all the sessions undertaken with Jasminder Bahia. She employs mindful practices, simple breathing techniques, and postural work when appropriate within her psychological work. Along with instructions for deep relaxation techniques, especially when dealing with sleep deprivation, stress, and/or trauma history.
