EMDR Practitioner, Psychologist & Clinical Supervisor

  • Counselling Psychology

Counselling, Psychology, and EMDR are powerful talking therapies offered in Nottingham to help process, improve, and enhance emotional and psychological well-being. Whether you're dealing with stress, trauma, or emotional challenges, these therapeutic practices provide effective support for improving mental health and overall well-being.

  • Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision in psychology and psychotherapy is essential for therapists to ensure professional development and ethical practice. It provides a space for therapists to discuss their work, receive guidance, and reflect on their practice, all of which are critical to maintaining high standards in therapy. As part of professional best practice, regular supervision is a key component of the ongoing development of a therapist's skills and mental health.

  • EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a proven therapeutic technique used to process and heal trauma. When our system’s capacity to adapt is overwhelmed by experiences like torture, tragic loss, or accidents, EMDR therapy helps in reprocessing these painful memories. By using bilateral stimulation, EMDR enables the brain to integrate traumatic memories, reducing their emotional intensity and promoting healing.
